Motor drive did not work that came with powerseeker 127 - Celestron Motor Drives for Telescopes

The astromaster motor drive that came with my PowerSeeker 127 eq did not work out of the box. The motor turned out to be frozen. I called celestron and was told they would send another. A month later, I called and it was never shipped. So again same response, two weeks later I call and get same thing. It never got shipped. Now they say it's on back order til mid August. But they are sending me a lens kit, that's on back order til mid july.....celestron has prob the worst support I have come across.
