I was impressed with my new ultima 80 - OpticsPlanet Exclusive Celestron Ultima 80 20-60x Zoom 45 Degree Spotting Scope w/Tripod

This scope more than lived up to my expectations I live about a mile and half from the Stratosphere Tower in Las Vegas and I focused in on the Tower everything was crystal clear and had sharp details. Later at dusk the first star I looked at was Arcturus then I focused on another star that had perfect detail that I could make out rings around the object which turned out to be Saturn. This scope exceeded my expectations the only thing to make it better would be a better Tripod. If asked by others would I recommend it for a good starter scope yes I would with the recommendation that they get a better more solid Tripod.
