Patrick's Review of Champion Traps and Targets Wheelybird 2.0
I have used the Wheelybird several times now and it has run flawlessly. I don't shoot a lot at a time but I have been able to run over 75 clays on a small motorcycle battery. I have not run the battery down yet so it could probably shoot many, many more. It seems pretty consistent with its flight path. If I could make an improvement it would be to have the 4 bolts that hold its vertical position be knobs instead of plain bolts. Unless you brought a wrench with you you can't change the elevation. I will look to replace those.
Note: Before attaching the hook&loop strip to the Wheelybird thoroughly clean that area with window cleaner. There must be some oil on it because the receiver/antenna keeps falling off. Still works. I love that I can stand in so many different locations with this to train for shooting from different approaches, even if just a few steps at a time.
