Celestron skymaster 20 x 80 binoculars - Celestron SkyMaster 20x80mm Porro Prism Binoculars

I am not in the habit of giving negative reviews, but in this case I have to. I ordered the Celestron 20 x 80 Skymaster binoculars through OpticsPlanet and when they arrived, the left ocular would not focus; so I promptly contacted OpticsPlanet and agreed that I would immediately return them and receive a replacement pair. Over two weeks passed and I had not received the replacement binoculars, so I called OpticsPlanet to find out the status of my order. The OpticsPlanet employee acknowledged that I should have received them by now. Instead of canceling my order, I agreed I would wait for two days while Gary tried to determine the status. He said he would call me (yesterday) which he did not do; so I now have the frustration of the binoculars not working properly and a replacement not arriving in a timely manner, plus an employee not following through with what he said he would do. My mistake was ordering the Celestron binoculars through OpticsPlanet when I should have originally placed the order through Celestron. Definitely not a positive experience. Sorry to give a negative review, but this has not been handled well.
