Got this as a compact, rugged camping light, and I'm not disappointed. Everything about it is 1st class. It's handsome enough that if you lay it down, it might 'walk away'--be warned!
Pros: Rugged stainless steel case beautifully machined; solid feeling off/on switch; quite bright, even on rechargeable AAAs
Cons: None really; a focusable beam might be nice, though
