My balance stick, - Cold Steel Irish Blackthorn Walking Stick, Polypropylene

I use the cold steel shillelagh, walking stick when my joints feel better, I use it to help when the need arises for balance, it helps in times when things are going better but is there when you need it, that's why I have two sticks, the red dragon and the shillelagh, one for the worst days and one for some better days, and there both EFFECTIVE for defense.
