John23's Review of Comp-Tac International Outside The Waistband Holsters
I have purchased two different versions of this holster. First for a Walther PPQ M2 5", and then for a Glock G34 Gen5. Both holsters have been perfect fits for my two guns.
This holster comes with a belt loop, a paddle, and a drop. Additionally, it can be canted forward or vertical or back. With the first holster I spent hours trying all sorts of combinations. I ended up with the drop, the paddle, and vertical (no cant). After shooting that way several times, I removed the drop. With the second holster I left it with the belt loop that it comes attached. In part so that I could tell the two holsters apart when I grabbed one to head to the range. (I live in a virtually no-carry state.)
This is a range holster for me. I'm not sure if I would use it for an every day carry holster. It is level 1 retention. I think I would want some additional retention (to slow down anyone else grabbing my gun) for an every day carry holster.
