This is one of the best rigs I have ever worn. You can load it up with plates, hundreds of rounds of ammo, and more accessories then you will ever need and hardly feel the weight. Primarily just use this for airsoft and the likes but holds up well. Haven't had any fraying or anything so far. Only complaint is it takes a while to put it back together after you use the quick release, maybe 3 or 4 minutes, but overall a very solid vest.
