Two flawed zippers - Condor Outdoor Urban Go Pack

The Condor Urban Go bag is a good design, and all of the zippers have two pulls that meet together. But when I first received it the lower front zipper had both pulls going in the same direction - not meeting - which meant that I could only close it in one direction. No big deal, decided to live with it. After three years the zipper for the laptop compartment began to fall apart. The plastic coil pulled away from the fabric, so no way to simply sew it - it needs to be replaced. Called Condor and they said they only have a 1 year warrantee. So now I either pay a taylor to install a new zipper (a bit pricey) or get a new bag. Since it is 3 years old and beginning to come apart, I guess I'll get a new bag - from another manufacturer.
If you want a backpack that slips through quality control with only 1 year warrantee at a medium to high price, this is your bag.
