Multiple problems with 2-2018 cameras - Covert Scouting Cameras Code Black 12.0 Trail Camera

Sensor field of view is wider than the cameras. So many pics without Animals in the or maybe just the head or rear wnd of the deer in pic. Both cameras are saying 0 signal level but still send pics? There is a great signal where the cameras are. I’ve loaded all updates in both and reformatted the cards every time I turn them on and neither camera will take remote commands or change the settings remotely. They both have been nothing but problems and the customer support and directions is terrible! Walked in front of both cameras and neither took a pic of me but later in the day I walked in front and they took a pic then and they were both set to take 24 hours.
