Crimson trace ruger p90 - Crimson Trace Lasergrips for Ruger P Series Pistols LG389

It's difficult to do one of these "best/worst" reviews. Laser grips are a great device for teaching new shooters (and old ones, too!) proper trigger control either in dry, or live, fire. I own other CT products, and this one is just like the others. I would not have bought it if I had been dissatisfied with the others.

This particular model does have some minor quirks: 1) The ribbon cable from the left to right grip panel could crimp if you aren't aware of how it's seated in the grip; 2) the beam from the grip partially hits the rounded end of the slide release (right side of the frame) and gives a "here I am" reflection. A little creative file work could easily correct the "problem"; 3) the "dot" is the legal max power, but impossible to see in bright Alabama sunshine (not CT's fault).




Pros: Excellent training tool
Cons: Expensive
