The laser site has very strong optics with precise sighting ability. It is best used for quick, easy target acquisition in both day light and night time conditions. The battery life is very reasonable given the magnitude of the light output. I wish the rail mount system was a little tighter for the Sig 226, but not bad for a universal kit.
