I have trouble focusing on the front sight of my pistols and started installing lasers on my defensive gun when they became affordable. I switched from the CT rail mount laser to the LG-499 to get the grip activation feature which I find more natural and convenient. Found the best price on OpticsPlanet and shipping was fast.
