Xds laser a failure! - Crimson Trace LaserGuard Laser Sight for Springfield XD-S

Avoid this product! On the second shot, the internal components failed. Optics planet rep told me its un-returnable due to being "used", though I "might" be able to get a store credit after a restock fee. Crimson trace was initially helpful, sending a speedy warranty replacement. The 2nd unit will not hold a zero after 1st shot the laser moved 6 inches to the right. So far Crimson trace is silent and not responding(4 days later). Looks as though I am left with a $200 piece of plastic thats not heavy enough to be a paper weight.
Pros: Easy installation
Cons: Faulty product. Optics planet bad return policy. CT not responding.
