Missing parts - Crimson Trace LaserGuard Laser Sight for Springfield XD-S

I received the Crimson Trace laser sight for my XDS but sone discovered the elevation screw was missing from the unit. contacted Optic Planet and they said they would send the elevation screw in the mail. Three days later I received a message from Optic Planet that the screw was unavailable and had to be installed by a technician from Crimson Trace. Optic Planet stated I could return the sight for a refund. Problem number 2 was the additional offer conceal inside pants holster, the holster was extremely flimsy and did not fill like it would last more than a couple of years before needing to be replaced.
