Over the years, I've owned Crimson Trace Lasergrips for a number of weapons, including Glocks.
I currently own two sets of C/T LG 629s for two Glock 30s and am very satisfied with their operation. They offer my 'older' eyes quick target acquisition and pin-point accuracy over conventional sights and are activated with a normal grip of the gun - no thinking about activation, especially during what could be a stressful, life-threatening situation. This is a major plus for me. I highly recommend them!
