A handy stand for 10 meter air rifle and 3p smallbore - Crosman Competition Off-Hand Stand

It's a very light, easily adjustable, somewhat easily packable stand for air rifle and three position smallbore matches. The bottom flange of the upright post screws on to the tripod base, but also has three set-screws in the flange that can be tightened to eliminated any loosening of the base. Useful if the stand is going to stay assembled at your range. If you plan on packing the stand for storage or travel in it's provided bag, those hex-head set-screws need to be loosened first. The thin nylon bag has internal zippered compartments, where the provided allen wrench can be stored. The single allen wrench fits all the hex fasteners used on the base and legs. The 12 inch long cast aluminum legs support and extend about 10 inches out from the base and lift the bottom of the stand about 3 1/2 inches off the ground. Enough height to keep a foot from contacting the stand. The three upright sections are adjusted using quick-release flip levers that are easily adjusted for tension using the provided knurled socket tool. The accessory tray is 5x5 inches and only fits the top section of the stand. The tray is adjustable, using its wrap around clamp with hand tightened thumb screw.
The 3x6 inch rifle rest plate is heavy aluminum with a ribbed rubber top pad. The plate screws into the center of the upright post.
