This thing is awesome, Ib used it in 4 of my ARs, one 10.5" 300BLACKOUT, one 16" 300BLACKOUT, one 12" 5.55 and one 14.5 BCM 5.56. it worked flawlessly I n all with no changes to the buffer or buffer springs... It was noticeably lighter recoil impulse and noticeably faster, used with my Franklin armory binary trigger in the 12" 5.56, ran perfectly.
