Recently purchased CTS 12 inch target , found it was not as pictured.. Plate now hangs @ 90 degree angle to ground,, Queried company and received an explanation,,had to do with selling larger plates and having them rest against support post??? Engineering problem?? I believe shooting at 100+ yards would be within margin of safety, however I have my doubts as to the safety of using this target for close in pistol training ..
