This camera came without an antenna, I attempted to call customer support and ended up waiting and trying a few more times with no satisfaction or antenna. Finally decided support was to much to continue so found an antenna somewhere else and forgot customer service! With that said camera is very nice but no usable without the antenna and feel I should be reimbursed for all my troubles but not willing to try support again.
