2-3 weeks for processing apparently means 2-3 business weeks and they can't even provide an exact ship date. The prescription was incorrect even after I received the glasses (I had them checked). I am so disappointed and have never had so many issues purchasing an item from any company. Do not purchase anything from this company!!!

Cons: WRONG PRESCRIPTION, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, COMPLETE DISASTER!
