I bought this to use on my sons AR 8.5" pistol. He was running the stock grip and guard. I thought great kills two birds being one piece. Install was easy, took about 5 minutes. Very tight fit. Overall, I like it. I use Hogue over molded myself and this is not as comfy. The grip angle changed slightly. It has a double D end cap.

Cons:
  • not as comfy as Hogue
Best Used for:
  • ALL AROUND USE
