A good scope but needs improvement. - CounterSniper Optics Rifle Scope 3-25x 56mm DOH329

This scope has a very clear picture and has some good features. Unfortunately though I had to give it an overall rating of 3. But if I was new to mil dot and recieved this scope I would have given it a 2 to a 1. The scope itself is made with decent quality. The reticle is a great tool for holdoff (which is all I use for wind and elevation). But if you cannot use holdoff your going to hate life with the 1/8 MOA increments on the scope(very tedious). My biggest problem though is with the magnification setting for mil readings. It is suppost to mil at 10X. It DOES NOT have a proper mark for mil nor does it even have a mark for 10X!!! The closest marks are 8X and 12X. I called the company and they had no answer for their shortcomings of thought proccess... So I'm going to the range today and making a 3.6in target exactly at 100yds and measuring it in the reticle to exactly 1 mil adjusting my reticle with the zoom. Once that is dialed in perfect I will scratch in my own mil setting with a dremel tool on the zoom. If it goes well I won't write another review. If it goes sour I'll put a buyer beware under my review for you. Hope this is helpfull to you.
Pros: Good reticle. Turret lockers.
Cons: You must put in extra work to use it.
