Mounts too soft - CounterSniper Optics Rifle Scope Ring Mount 30mm Pair

Ring were straight forward and gave me a great low profile. A 3x5 card could not be folded and slid under scope and barrel. The mounting screw pulled through the top ring. Used a torque wrench with a series of torques to ensure even pull on both side and front and back of rings. Could not figure out why my shoots were in one hole then the started to fly all over the paper. Check screws and noticed a sleeve protrude between top and bottom of rings.
Pros: 6 lug screw a plus, even pull
Cons: metal too soft, screw pulled through
