The DeSantis Die Hard Ankle Rig really fills the bill for conceal carry when other, more conventional methods are not an option. I got a great price at Optics Planet - better than any other place I looked, and the shipping was free! The holster fits using an infinitely adjustable hook and loop system, a neoprene cuff with a comfortable layer of padding under the holster, and the holster itself is leather. The leather is molded to the gun and includes a thumb break retention system. I have worn this holster with a Walther PPK/S for several hours without discomfort or printing. When I was sitting down wearing this holster, it was easy for forget I was armed. When walking, the holster rode comfortably without rocking or feeling loose. I would definitely recommend this holster to a friend.
