Fits all - DeSantis Left Hand Black Invisible Agent Holster w/ Clip 005BBZZC0 - FITS MOST SEMI AUTOS AND REVOLVERS

Make sure its adjusted so the front site doesn't hang up. Small 380s are difficult to draw but I have used it from a P3AT up to a 1911. Tucked with a loose fitting shirt it hides well. It is most comfortable with light weight pistols
Pros: Tuckable, fits all mt pistols
Cons: none
