Much more confidence in this holster - DeSantis Right Hand Black Facilitator Holster 042KAE1Z0 - Fits Glock 26, 27

I had intended on using it for conceal duty wear with jackets but find it easy to conceal in the small of the back even off-duty. Knowing the weapon is locked in and having the confidence I'll be able to secure it quickly if I need my hands free makes me choose this over my inside-the-pant holster.
Pros: Natural thumb position. Quick-draw slot
Cons: less easily concealed than pancake-style holster
