Lance's Review of DeSantis Ankle Leather Holster

The holster was fine. However, the strap around the leg was less than perfect. In order to remove/install strap you are required to insert strap & pull back on the position of your leg. Thus rendering the installation/removal of this holster to require double the amount of time compare to Galco. I've had a Galco-ankle holster for a number of year & thought I'd try this. Within 30 minutes & could tell the holster wasn't for me. Do yourself a favor and get a Galco.

  • long, tedious strap to secure firearm to ankle. I don't recommend this style of holster unless it's a better strap...JUST li
