Quick snap 027bat7z0 - DeSantis Right Hand Black Quick Snap Holster 027BAT7Z0 - RUGER LCP 380CAL

Beautiful holster but had incorective placement of snap making it essentially worthless. Optic Planet had no more stock so it went back to DeSantis. This took a very long time to complete. In the end Desantis "repaired" the defective holster rather than replace it. Having bought 3...not 1, holsters I was expecting to get what I paid for...a defective-free new holster. Instead I received a repaired, defective holster. In my honest opinion, very poor customer service. The fact that DeSantis had quality issues with their product, quickly became the customer's problem. To save a few bucks they lose a lifetime customer. This is not how you do business. Oh...and for the record, OpticPlanet offered me 10% off any future new purchase, but this doesn't help as I just bought 3 new holsters. No new purchases planned soon. But at least OpticPlanet tried to do something. After all it was DeSantis who should have taking responsibility for their product.
