Tuck-this ii m24bat7z0 - DeSantis Right Hand Black Tuck-This II Holster M24BAT7Z0 - RUGER LCP 380CAL

Excellent holster. Good quality. However, if your DeSantis holster is found to be defective, their policy is to "repair" your defective holster rather than replace it with what you paid for...a new "Quality-built" product. I learn't the hard way with a purchase of a Quick Snap 027BAT7Z0. Why I ask, would I want a repaired holster? I paid for a new one. Can someone please explain their logic to me?
Pros: Excellent all around IWB holster
Cons: Company does not stand behind defective products
