I have been caying a sidearm for over 30 years. I have tried them all. SOB;IWB; OWB; hi-ride; pancake; vertical; nylon; and leather. Nothing beats the DeSantis New York Undercover Shoulder Rig.
Pros: Great [weapon] fit; easily adjustable; concealability
Cons: None that I have found
