I picked this sight up last year. I have had some time behind it. I put it on my mcx. So far, no issues. Only cons I have found is the weight. It weighs quite a bit more than my trijicon mro. Some of the pros are that it seams pretty durable, looks good on my rifle, the hoods are removable, easy adjustments, very large sight window too. I like it as much as my mro.
