I will use this type mount on all my scopes in the future. Makes me want to change out my older type mounts. I get the feeling that this is a very sturdy mount being one piece. Optics planet was the cheapest i could find and the DZ factory was very helpful making sure i ordered the correct mount for traditions vortex muzzle loader.
Pros: looks great and reduces one set of screws that you would normally have and this reduce screws to come loose.
Cons: none noted
