Had to shim mount - DNZ Products Ruger American Mount

I mounted this to a new Ruger American 308 compact And put on a new Vortex 4x12x40 tactile scope. I tried to bore sight it in but I ran out of adjustment on the scope. I called the manufacture of the DMZ mount and they said it should work so I took it to the range and tried to sight it in with no luck so I called the DMZ manufacture and told them of my problem, they told me it wasn't there mount that the problem was my new scope or my new rifle and to try another scope. I was not impressed with there custom service they can not even take responsibility for there own product. So I removed there $60 dollar mount a thru it into a drawer I purchase a set of two piece mounts and tried them out problem solved. So now I'm stuck with a piece of junk.
