I am having an issue where Everytime that a blue rock falls into the arm when it releases it breaks. I cannot get ahold of the company to fix this or return it. I have watched YouTube videos on how to adjust it and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING works. I have gone through about two full boxes trying to fix it. I think that this product would be ok otherwise.
