No warranty or customer service - Drago Gear Double Gun Case

I have owned two Drago Gear gun cases (one double case and one single case). The zipper on the double case broke and I contacted Drago Gear's warranty department in February 2023. After providing the required information, they promptly replied and stated the case would be be covered under warranty. Since they, they have been non-responsive and have not issued a replacement case. I've tried to reach out to their warranty department multiple times and still no response. Overall the quality of these cases are good, but if you're buying a case and want a valid warranty to stand behind, this is not the case for you.
