These tactical headsets are good for training on a budget, infact I'm impressed how good they sound and feel . The ear muffs are holding on to the adjustable head piece by Plastic studs Not metal studs and the microphone boom is plastic as well so we will see how they hold up over time, but for under or right at a $100 these are very practical.
