Expensive price, cheaply made - EAW Ultralight 3D Printed Scope Mount w/Lever

Purchased these because of the weight to go on my carbon fiber gun for a Colorado hunt. While warming up from a freeing morning the gun was setting in the sun and I heard a “pop”. A few seconds later I heard it again. The front scope cap cracked under the screw holes on the machined surface, not around the holes from over tightening. Contacted optics planet for a return but it was past 90 days. Contacted the mfr today and they will not warranty this product. Wish I could load pictures for all to see. For what these cost it’s a shame they are trash and now I’m stuck with a paper weight.
