Medical bag's Review of Eberlestock Mission Lid

I was looking for a way to add a small medical/trauma bag to my B.O.B. (a surplus M81 molle II rucksack). I needed something easy to attach to the outside and something easily accessible. After striking out with the idea of re-purposing different kinds of pouches, and briefly considering just straight strapping a med pack to the outside, the idea of adding a flap/lid came to mind. I couldn't find anything that would work until I stumbled across this same product on E-Bay. I did a lot of research and watched a lot of videos, and knowing it may not fit perfectly or work, I ordered it anyway. Not only does it work, it'll fit fine and it's perfect for my use. The mesh pocket is great for boo-boo items like band-aids, and gauze. The biggest pocket will hold pressure bandages, quik clot, a stethoscope, chest seals, a pulse ox, manual BP cuff, ace wrap. There is a smaller pocket that's perfect for gloves, markers, casualty cards, a small pack of wipes, hand sanitizer. I did have to buy a couple of buckles for it to attach to my molle ruck the way I want, but I expected additional expenses because I'm not attaching it to an Eberlestock pack. Even so, I highly recommend this. I will update with pictures when I'm done.
