I purchased the barrel recently along with a 9mm recoil spring along with a couple of Sig 9mm magazines. I wanted to convert my P226 from .40 to 9mm and thought I would try this.
Yesterday at the range I put a box of 9mm 124gr Lawman rounds through the pistol.
Sights were right on and had zero malfunctions.
Great option for conversion, simple to switch back to .40 as well (suggest you mark magazines accordingly)
Threaded barrel will be great if I ever get a suppressor.
