Perfect fit for h&r m12 - Evolution Gun Works Picatinny Scope Mount, Winchester

EGW makes great products. I bought this for a H&R M12, it was a perfect fit. Uses the original rear scope block holes of the rifle, the radius of the base matches the barrel contour perfectly. Seems pretty solid although it does cantilever back over the action. Have not tired it extensively as of yet. But at this point I am very impressed. Its not as solid as a Vianna mount, but you can't find them anymore so this is a perfect solution. I don't think you will be dissapointed. I know some guys are drilling and tapping the rear of the rail and installing a nylon tipped set screw, to remove the deflection at the rear of the rail.
