The Elbit System Image Intensifier Tube is sold as "New" but for as dirty as it was and the fingerprints that were all over the lenses indicates this was a used and/or repurposed item. Not to mention the fact that it has 2 fixed black dots in the viewing area. Yes, the image is clearer than the green OEM, but was totally expecting a better-quality product than what I received.
