Above and beyond customer service! - Elftmann Tactical Elf Match Pro Trigger with ELF PRO-LOCK Threaded Mounting System

I had an installation question and learned Elftmann‘s headquarters are right here in Phoenix Arizona where I live. We ended the phone call and instead I drove to their factory. While Abe addressed the issue, Art the owner and I chatted and then I got a tour at their factory. They’re EDM the machines were busy cutting the A2 steel used for their trigger while CNC Machines whirled away making bearings and the aluminum housing for the trigger. Overall a very clean and impressive manufacturing operation. They hooked me up with one of their T-shirts. I can’t say enough about their customer service and everybody pitching in.
