I do not use this as a small of the back holster; I use it on my Right hip. I like the cant that it provides that way and the very low profile that an untucked shirt will provide concealment of it. The quality construction is great. It will last a lifetime. I had one before and gave it to my father. I missed it so much I bought another.
Pros: Good fit to the body stays close does not hang away from you.
Cons: If used in the small of the back, bad for being in a car.
