I first became aquainted with this flashlight in my Community Emergency Response Team orientation. I have come to love it. I use it all the time; under my house and in my attic. Plan on giving it as gifts.
Pros: Can use as a flashlight or lantern
Cons: Almost wish it can as a LED.
