John's Review of EOTech Holographic Sight with Laser Battery Cap

I am somewhat new to holographic sights. I have shot a few different rifles with a few different holo sights and by far the EOtech 552 was the one for me. The ability to quickly acquire the target is one of the best features of this sight. For my personal rifle, I chose to go with the LBC2 as well. This setup provides additional capabilities for shooting at night. Red dot or IR, my low light target accuracy has greatly improved.
Pros:
  • Quick target acquisition
  • Red display
Cons:
  • a bit expensive
Best Used for:
  • Close Quarters to mid range shooting
