Am i the only one? - EOTech HHS-I Holographic Hybrid Red Dot Sight w/G33 STS Magnifier

First, my EoTech Holographic Sight has a ring with a single dot, not 3-4 dots. Second, I have two 4x32 ACOGs, a 6x48 ACOG, several traditional scopes with mag power ranging from 4-25x. I am not seeing the 3x mag from the G33 whatsoever?
Pros: Quick acquisition when not using the magninfier
Cons: Am I the only one that doesn't see 3x mag power from the magninfier?
