This thing is bad ass - EOTech HHS-I Holographic Hybrid Red Dot Sight w/G33 STS Magnifier

This is a great optic. The red dot takes a little getting use to, but it is now my favorite out of all the red dots I have. It has the least intrusive window compared to my other red dots. The magnifier work awesome too. I was able to consistently hit a target at 100 yards with it. Only down side is price, and it does weigh enough to make my rifle noticeably heavier. Also the magnifier does work in the left hand configuration.
Pros: usability and functionality
Cons: price and weight
