Great - unless it overheats and shuts off - EOTech Model 558 Holographic Weapon Sight

If you are using this for hunting only I would give this 5 stars. If you put 30 or more rounds thru your barrel and your AR15 gets hot this style Eotech automatically shuts off. It turns right on again, but obviously if you were ever in a shooting competition or another scenario in which seconds matter you are screwed . The Marine instructor giving the course I was taking said that it is common with AA battery Eotechs. Happened to me 3 times during the training class.
