Excellent product as advertised. Installation was quick and easy and it is solid. Installation on my rig allowed attachment of an angled fore grip more proximal to the business end of the barrel. The only issue I found is that the product really conducts heat from the barrel quickly. After 75 rounds of semi-rapid fire, the heat certainly affected my grip. That was with the ladder rail covers. When I replaced those with bulkier rail covers (Magpul XTM rail covers), the problem was solved over the same number of rounds. The metal was still hot but the XTMs absorbed the bulk of the heat. Overall I highly recommend the product. Great addition to my rig.
